Hi, I've received my Sky puck but it's just not getting passed checking your status. Turned off and back on again, pressed and held the power button till the orange and red lights flash, tried on both WiFi and wired network and same result every time.
Any ideas as I can't get through to sky because it's too late 😏

Who is your ISP? Is there any parental controls or WiFi enhancer configured? There have been the odd report of these causing issues.
Also can you join to mobile hotspot just for setup and see if that works? Then reset network connection and rejoin your WiFi?

Thanks for the pointers. I'm with bt but will be moving to sky on Monday (which I hope will go smoother then the puck). No parental controls etc.
looking around I'm wondering if my account is fully setup. I don't really know how these pucks work but I'm guessing pre registered to me. If my account isn't setup correctly then the puck may well get stuck on start up. Just a guess. Think I'll need someone from Sky to check that though.
When I go into MySky it says I'm good to go on some screens but others come up with an error. Hopefully a simple fix
