Sky puck remote not working with tv

My sky puck remote won't sync with my LG tv Model OLED77C44LA even though it's a 2024 model it doesn't even recognise it ??

LG TVs seem to cause the Sky remote some issues. The only recommendation would be to work through the instructions here and see if that helps:

If the normal repairing of Press and hold 7 and 9 together for 3 seconds, Press and hold 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds, does not provide a selection of TV codes to try for your LG or for find it for me options, do a restart of your puck as below from the Puck settings and you should then see the list of codes to try, after the restart;

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

Hi @Stuey7219Firstly I would reboot the system by switching off at the plug socket for a minute before switching it on again. I will take about a minute to reboot.

Then pair the remote again as follows:

1. Press 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds (This resets/clears the remote)
2. Press 1 and 3 together for three seconds (bluetooth mode).  A connected message should appear on your screen, press continue.

Now select the option to control your TV and once you have gone through the options without success (presumably) you should have an option to select the make of your TV and enter the model number.  I would select the make of TV and then select the option to find the code (I can't remember the exact wording).   It will then hopefully offer you some more options to try.
