Sky puck not working

Are you hearing any sound if you try and use the Sky Stream remote control? If not, chances are your TV hasn't;t automatically switched to use the HDMI input your Sky Stream is on. If so you might need to use your TV remote to change the input to the right HDMI port.

If you are hearing sound when you use the Sky Stream remote then it may be outputting too high a resolution (2160p) than your TV can handle. Are you using Sky Stream with a 4K TV or an older/smaller 1080 HD TV?

@Conways   Have tried the old turn it off and turn it on trick?  If not unplug the puck from the mains, wait at least 30 seconds then plug it back in again and wait for it to reload.
