Since having my sky installed my sky puck has been lagging and glitching, 1 week ago it completely stopped working showing no tv or allowing apps to work. WiFi also is slow and glitchy, is there any solutions to this please? Thanks.

@Jimmy95 the Stream pucks need a decent WiFi signal to stream properly especially in UHD. The puck will tell you if the WiFi signal is good enough if you go into the Network settings. Check thst both the hub and puck are out the open to get the best wifi signal some people hide the pucks behind the TV which isxasking for issues. However after that Sky will supply extenders for their broadband hub's wifi if yiu buy their WiFi Max package and ask for one.
Alternatively connect your puck by ethernet.

Having a good local network broadband reach is key to Sky Stream.
Not just broadband speed to your house and router, but for your local network supply via wifi or ethernet, that can be affected in a busy household.
If your local network is poor, you will not have a reliable experience.
Best way to test is via a network speed test on each of your Pucks.
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a few times, over say a half hour period during tests.
What is your speed for each puck?
Plus.
Just to be certain, are you sure you cannot get any kind of Fibre connection, bringing a much faster speed.
You can check that via the Ofcom broadband checker, by entering your postcode and house number;
https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/broadband-coverage
As well as the speeds shown, look at the list of networks shown lower done on that page for all the broadband suppliers, like Virgin and altnet providers in your area providing fibre broadband connections.
That, when they show has links  to their sites.

@Jimmy95 While I am leaving Stream (for cost reasons), it has worked flawlessly but I did not use WiFi.
My hub/router is in the hallway, so impossible to run an ethernet cable internally.
Solutions:
1. Powerline plugs: I first used these to connect router/hub in the hallway to TV in the lounge. Worked well.
2. Mesh: Placed an Asus XT9 node in a glass door TV cabinet which connects via wireless backhaul to the primary node in the hallway. The puck was connected via ethernet cable to the node in the cabinet. Speeds recorded on my Apple TV app are always 880+ download. More than enough plus extends WiFi coverage.
Now TV Sports + Entertainment + Cinema + Ultra Boost @ £36 pm (till Feb 2026)
1000/115 FTTP (Aquiss) to Zyxel DX3301
3 x Asus XT9s + 2 x RT-AC58U V3 for WiFi (AP mode)
65" Samsung S92C OLED TV
C430 Samsung soundbar with subwoofer
6 other streaming TVs
43+ network connected devices
