Sky puck not fit for prupose

sky puck displaying message technical fault .please try again later .what a joke out all come to watch some tv and you get this no bloody service

You are talking to other customers not Sky as this is a customer helps customer community. Have you tried powering it off for a minute at the mains in the first instance?

@THOMASNEIL If you aren't already doing so, it may be worth connecting to your router via ethernet cable (turning off WiFi in the settings). 

 

Some of these issues are down to poor WiFi.
