My Sky Puck simply refuses to run for more than 10 minutes on my LG 32LM637BPLA TV. I cleaned all my old apps, did multiple resets of puck device, switched on and off the wifi router but all in vain. It keeps on getting hanged and no channel runs continously for more than 10 minutes. It is so frustrating. Don't know what else to do now.

Are you connected via WiFi or Ethernet?
What speed do you get if you do a Netflix speed test via the app?
Open Netflix on Stream
From the Netflix homescreen, go left to open the menu.
From the bottom of the menu, go right and select Get Help.
Select Check your Network.

I am connected via wifi. The speed is 80mbps.

@Argo2110 Sadly the only advice you will get is to "Plug an ethernet cable in" from your router.
As everything is blamed on internet connections as apposed to the device itself, of course it's not.
Oh and "Unplug it from the wall for many minutes and plug it back in"
