Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWhat broadband speed do you get? If it's higher than 50 Mbps then the issue is likely the strength and stability of the WiFi signal (if you have it connected via WiFi).
The easiest solution ( and test of this) is to disable the WiFi in the settings, rebooting the puck by unplugging it for 1 minute and connecting it to the internet via an Ethernet cable instead.
