Sky puck keeps coming up with black screen when trying to watch on demand programmes.
Also stutters, loses sound and freezes at times watching normal TV as well as on demand. It's not all the time but about 75% of the time. Not impressed with sky stream if I'm honest.

Re: Sky puck keeps coming up with black screen when trying to watch on demand programmes.
What broadband speed do you get? If it's higher than 50 Mbps then the issue is likely the strength and stability of the WiFi signal (if you have it connected via WiFi).
The easiest solution ( and test of this) is to disable the WiFi in the settings, rebooting the puck by unplugging it for 1 minute and connecting it to the internet via an Ethernet cable instead.
