Sky puck issues

Technical issue appears every 15 to 20 mins and have to put it into standby for a min and it resets the problem sky are claiming its a Internet issue so I've now used a ethernet connection but still happening any help would b much appreciated 👍 im assuming the puck is knackered

Have you turned WiFi off on the puck's network settings? For some unknown reason the pucks still try to use WiFi even when an ethernet cable is attached so you need to make sure you turn it off, and then restart the puck, in order for ethernet to properly become active.
