Sky puck issues
We recently got sky glass with the puck being used upstairs the puck keeps disconnecting from the internet

Hi @Andrea52
Who is your ISP? And what is the signal strength like where the puck is located? It may be a case you need power line adaptors or WiFi extenders.
However if the puck is showing no WiFi when you first turn it on try going into settings and change the following settings:
In settings > start up and standby > turn Networked Standby Mode ON and turn Overnight Power Saving OFF.
