Sky puck frozen

Sky puck won't come on properly it's now frozen

@LuciaFrankitt  Try unplugging from the power for a few minutes then plug back in.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

After a lightening strike my WiFi system and tv were blown,I have received a new router and ordered a new tv but the puck is fried

You'll need to ring Sky to ask for a replacement.
