Recently moved to Sky Glass with 3 pucks. Of the 3 subsidiary TVs, only 1 (as it happens the oldest) would allow compatability with the Puck controller ie control sound and power on/off. Have purchased and returned 2 x 32" Smart TVs. Neither had compatability with the puck remote! Any advice please on what 32/43 inch TVs would work? TIA

It might be an idea to tell us what make and model they were so we can provide some advice! I have pucks on a Sony TV, 2 Samsung TVs and a HiSense TV all working without issue.
Some 'own brand' TVs from the likes of Argos are manufactured by other company's and just branded so other codes often work.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI would expect the majority of smart TVs of the last decade or so to work ok with a Puck and to be able to set the HDMI CEC ability for the puck along with TV to on/ off as well as the TV volume control.
It might just be a case as mentioned above , that for some brands of TVs, they do use other manufactures remote codes and often not so obvious to find.
We have seen recently some TV models where a user has to scroll through about 20 or more code selections to get it to work.
Plus, so make sure that HDMI control is on in the Puck settings as well as the correct setting form the TV.
As above, post the make and model here for some further help.

Well the one TV it is working with is 65" Sony Bravia KD- 75S9005B probably the oldest. The 3 existing TVs that dont connect are...
Samsung 23" T24D39 a 1 should be added here some reason could not send this reply with the full model number!!!!!@
LG 32" 32LK33OU
Samsung 32"UE32H4510AK
The 2 purchased and subsequently returned are
Samsung 32" T5300 full HD
JVC ROKU 32" LT -32CR23
Guess what i am looking for is a recommendation for a decent, preferably,32" TV that is known to be compatible with the Puck remote!
