Sky puck and router

Having purchased a new LG tv it gives the potion 2.4g and 5g but the router only finds the 2.4g also i have tried numerous times on the puck remote buttons 1 and 3 to set the volume but it does not work

Hi @Chloe142 

 

It's not very clear what your WiFi issue is. Are you saying your LG TV isn't finding your sky router? This would be better posted to the broadband board for someone with the relevant knowledge to help as isn't related to the puck. Your Puck wouldn't need to change WiFi if it was working previously...

 

Re the remote. Try pressing 7 and 9 for three seconds and the 1 and 3. If you are having issues specifically  with the remote not turning the TV off see: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass-lg-tv
