Sky programmes not loading

My sky puck won't load any Sky programmes. Netflix, Prime, paramount plus etc work fine but none of the sky channels or "live prgrammes" work.

 

I've tried all the online help steps and no change

Hi @JP1908 

 

Try powering off at the mains for 5 minutes and trying again rather than just a quick reboot. This will help clear the cache of your puck.

 

Also open netflix > go to left hand menu > get help? > Connection check. Run this a few times and take an average.

 

You puck needs to be getting 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. If your not getting these speeds it might be worth trying via ethernet. (Remember to turn WiFi off in settings on the puck).

 

If you are getting enough bandwidth, you will need to contact Sky for further trouble shooting and potential puck replacement.

Thank you for your reply. I've tried the remedies mentioned and run the Netflix speed test which is showing everything working and speeds in excess of 150mb. The problem isn't limited to the puck only it's also affecting the sky glass in the other room also. 

Netflix works, paramount plus works nothing for live TV or sky programmes
