Sky pick keeps freezing

My sky pick keeps freezing l, I have tried updating and resetting but still keeps happening

Hi @Bigtoe69 

 

This usually points to poor connectivity. Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. What speed is your Sky Glass receiving? You can test this by opening netflix and going to Get help > connection check.

 

You may have better luck using ethernet or home plugs (but remember to turn WiFi off in your glass settings).
