If your Sky Stream is gong back to Sky then it might because you have failed the credit check that takes place as per this:

You can talk to us about this, but if we can't offer you a credit agreement loan, we won't be able to give you the exact reason why. Speaking with a credit reference agency might help. Our chosen credit reference agencies are Equifax and Experian.

The filters on the forum will block phone numbers so if you click on the link below and select the “need more help” drop down at the very bottom of the page and you will see an 0333 phone number which you can call.
