Sky+ on puck getting technical issues amp6006 when trying to watch sky+

When I press the red( multi coloured) button on my puck it takes me to all the football matches and sport but when I try to watch live it says techincal issues amp6006. Any ideas?

I have to reboot my box every day if I want to watch anything on sky sports plus or catchup. Not loving this new operating system and guide.
