If you can't get it to function reliably just cancel and leave.
There are plenty of ways to get the same content via other streaming devices, perfectly legally too.
Sky offer all their live channels and on demand content via the NOW app. Other channels have live streams on their own apps too. It's not wrapped up in a fancy SkyOS wrapper but it's the same content.
