I'm afraid you were told incorrect information. Sky Max is not included in Essentials. Sky Atlantic is the only 'premium' Sky channel included in the package. Perhaps they got confused by Sky Mix (which is included) but Sky Max is not.
They really should rename some of these channels and packages.
