Sky is useless!!!!!

I know deep down that I'm completely wasting my time logging in here and making this post

this website is full of unhappy PAYING customers. Who are reporting daily issues and NOTHING EVER CHANGES.

I spent 5 years on sky q with every single day major issues. 
now 2 years on stream and I don't feel any better. 

EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! I've come in from work  tried to watch I'm a celeb. (Anything from 20-60 min behind. And only by pressing on the live, seeing something I shouldn't,,.,, and pressing watch from start  

becuaee stupid stream it's not released on.. . I get midway.  Through  the screen goes blue   "Technical fault with this channel" and it's all over,  gone!!  I cannot complete the show. AND!!!! I can't restart it because the live shows over.,, and it's not released.  So I have to completely give up and watch it the next day...

Hi @danny3434  I'm certainly more then happy with Sky Stream, have the occasional hiccup but a majority of the time works flawlessly for me.

As to your issue, obviously if you tune in to the live stream you will be seeing what's happening At that moment, 

What you should be doing to re-start a programme currently broadcasting without tuning in to the live stream is:

Click on TV Guide, 

On the very first rail before the TV guide you will see 'Restart what's on now' Hightlighting what's currently showing LIVE on all the main channels, by selecting for example I'm a Celebrity whilst it's still broadcasting, it will immediately take you to the beginning of the show without you seeing anything of what's currently going on live,

I do this for a lot of the shows where I get home too late and miss the start, it's such a great feature, and I'm sure it will be a big benefit to you,
