Your not talking to Sky. This is a customer helps customer forum. What do you mean by "messing" with the menu? Items do move around the screen depending on content being pushed, but not 100% sure what your issue is.
If you provide more information the community will do it's best to assist.

I have epilepsy and I've spoken to sky last month about them messing with my sky menu and causing my epilepsy to flare up. They have done something to the playlist now and I can't find what was there. I am fed up with paying for shoddy services and pathetic automated help screens.

@MartynWilliams You keep saying Sky is messing with your menu, but you are not making clear what exactly they are doing, and how that then effects your epilepsy. As mentioned this is not Sky just a users forum but we do like to help others out but need more information please.
