Sky cancelled by previous account holder. I wish to start new account

My wife cancelled sky plus account. I wish to take out new account in my name for sky streaming service. Online will not allow me to do so.

Hi @Brian93 Unfortunately you will need to phone Sky to setup the new account for Stream.  It's not a bad thing as it gives you the opportunity to discuss discounts and offers 😀
