Sky box keeps freezing on every channel every 5 seconds

Every time we watch live tv it will freeze and not work every five seconds. 
Also does this occasionally on any streaming service eg Netflix.

Hi @Ryan65 

 

It's likely your broadband speed or connection between your puck and router. Sky stream needs 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. You can check the speeds your puck is getting by opening netflix scroll down to get help and then running a network check. connecting your puck via ethernet and turning off WiFi will likely give you a more stable experience.

 

If you puck has been working without issue up to now, try turning it off at the mains for a few minutes and trying again.
