Sky Streamset up

I am trying to set up my Sky Stream Puck, i have got as far as inputting my PIN number bug it keeps rejecting it saying Incorrect PIN. I have tried to chsnge the PIN which i'm told it has. I input the new PINnumber and that is being rejected. I have been going round in cir les trying to sirt yhis for about anhour and a further half hour trying to find a phone number to speakto someone. The auto chatbot keeps telling me to do what i have already done. Please help.

I had the same sort of problem on my first day. Second day I got all my account info ready and rang Sky amd was talked through the setup.
