Hi @BobS7
Try building your package on the Sky website using incognito/ private browsing mode. This should stop it recognising you as a customer just for getting a cost.
Thing stay in playlist for different lengths and you are at the mercy of the broadcaster for this. See https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-stream-faqs for general info on how it works.
Also note you need fast and stable broadband for it to work. Sky recommends 30Mbps just for the puck.

We always suggest to carry out some research before switching. There's a plethora of demo videos on the sky YouTube channel .
