Sky Streaming - frustrating

Having switched from Virgin to Sky I am regretting the move. The Sky streaming service ( I use the word service tounge in cheek) I am feed up with the picture freezing (not audio) and watching a programme and the message "please wait while programme loads / there is a technical fault. Please try again later. My TV / puck / router are no more than 2 foot apart not sheilded and still problems occur on a daily basis. Role on end of contract.

If your puck and router are close then it may be more beneficial to connect them via Ethernet cable and turn WiFi off in the settings. This will give you the best chance of receiving a constant and stable connection, vital for a decent Sky Stream experience. 
If however you still can't get it to function adequately after following Sky's troubleshooting, they will let you leave any long term contract without penalty. Just give them a ring to discuss.
