Sky Stream won’t connect to Sky Max Router.

My sky stream puck won't work on sky broadband. I have been trying for days to connect my stream puck to the internet but it won't work with my sky. It will connect to the router but won't connect to internet. I can use my hot spot and it works fine and everything else in the house connects okay to sky max router. It has worked okay for over 6 months but since Thursday nothing.

I have been in contact with sky and they are sending out new puck but from what I have read this isn't going to help as other in the area are also experiencing issues it won't even connect using the Ethernet cable.
