Sky Stream to Sky Q?

I came back to Sky for my broadband and TV a couple of weeks ago but I'm not particularly enjoying the Sky Stream puck. The picture and sound cut out a lot across all of the apps, and I've been through the forum to try and fix the issues but nothing seems to work. Wired connection, refresh apps, restart the device, turn off Wifi, sound and picture settings. Obviously I'm not enjoying paying for a service that doesn't work as it should.

I know that Sky Q is no longer available at least online but I was wondering if anyone had switched from the stream puck to a Sky Q box recently/since it became unavailable, and whether it costs more? I have had Sky Q previously and still have the dish in exactly the same place.

@BillyM

You can absolutely switch back to Q from Stream but you need to call Sky to do so.
It's likely to cost a bit more as Sky are trying to encourage people over to streaming, but deals are still being offered so all you can do is negotiate. The satellite service will be around for a good few years yet so get it while you can if you prefer it.

Although they'll presumably need to stop selling it on two year minimum terms rather sooner...

Personally I wouldn't be surprised if that happens next year, anticipating end of life in 2029 (which would also be 40 years of Sky satellite broadcast)
