Sky Stream puck not showing programmes and just has a blue square

Hi. My sky stream does not show the full details of the programme it just leaves a blue square. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Did you read the answer in the thread I posted?

Sky are aware of the issue and are still trying to fix it, so yup, still ongoing...
