I have ordered both Sky broadband and Sky stream to be delivered to my current address. I received my broadband hub as promised on Thursday. As I write this post my Sky stream part is being delivered right now to my old address 250 miles away! You can never make it up, can you. Tried to get this corrected yesterday by phoning dpd who referred me back to Sky. Spent 5 hours being tossed from one Sky department to another, in between you are being entertained by 'music of your choice'. Tried again this morning and still being transferred to this black hole called Sky Stream. I don't think there is anyone there but the pre-recorded music of their choice. What happened to customer service? Can anyone help please?
