Sky Stream issues

Hi all.  I've been with Sky Stream for 3 months now and experiencing a few really annoying issues.

firstly the iPlayer app stops working. When it loads, or goes to the circle screen and then goes back to sky stream home page.  The only way I  can get it to work is if I switch off sky stream at the mains and back on again,   It works fine on my other non Sky devices.  I've tried puks in different rooms and even had a new one sent out and still not working.

I have sky ultrafast broadband, so that's not the issue.  WiFi router is in the same room and it's the same issue using Ethernet cable.

there are other issues such as all channels freezing at once, but that is less frequent.  I would say on average I have to reset my Sky by switching off and on at the mains at least once a day, which I think is unacceptable.

Can anyone help? It's doing our head in and not at all acceptable imho.

Re: Sky Stream issues

I can't find a number to call them.  Going through the website just sends me round in circles.

@Martinguy25   You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
