I have Sky Stream ethernet connected, I'm getting pixilated screen, interference with sound and buffering loading apps. Anyone else having the same issues and any solutions?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@DavyAD What speed broadband do you have, can you open the Netflix app on your puck and go to Get Help, run the connection test, what speed is being reported?

Same here, 300 Mbs internet and the amount of interference on BBC1 has been terrible. I've unplugged the puck and it's better for a short while. I get black screens too and have to change to another channel then back again. Last night (Sunday 22/09) I resorted to using iPlayer instead of "live" tv.
Discovery+ gets stuck on the image and the sound carries on; this is a frequent problem though I'm not sure this is related to the Sky provided content.
It's getting so bad I may choose to switch back to terrestial tv.

I had to switch from Virgin to Sky as I've moved to a new development, I can't wait until Virgin install fibre in the area, Sky is the worst service I've had in years.

SKY stream is usually good but, of late, it has had issues. No doubt SKY will say it's my rather brilliant broadband and suggest I do all sorts of rubbish rather than admit they are the problem.
