Sky Stream installation

I am trying to install Sky Stream, but I am stuck in 'You're now connected! Reset the puck and remote, but it will still not let me continue! Any other ideas! Many thanks! In desperation! Mike

Does pressing the centre button on the remote or the Home button allow you to progress beyond 'you're now connected' screen?

Lounge: Sky Glass gen 2 65” volcanic grey, Denon X3500H AVR. M&K K Series 5.1.2 speakers, PS5 Pro, Apple TV 4K, Sony X800 M2 4K player.
Bedroom: Sky Glass gen 1 43” dusky pink, Apple TV 4K.
