Sky Stream connected to router but not internet

Hi, our new sky stream is saying that it is connected to broadband router but can't connect to internet.

our broadband is also Sky and everything else is connecting fine to it it. It is just an issue we are experiencing with the stream puck.

We have tried restarting and reconnecting, but  it hasn't worked.

Any help much appreciated !

Hi @Georgie2194  and welcome to the forum.  I find doing the following will get the internet connection back again.

 

Put the puck to Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV and router.  Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.  Once it has rebooted plug your puck back in and when that has also rebooted it will usually have connected to the internet again.
