My Grandmother recently got Sky Stream, she's been a keen watcher of Sikh channel and Sangat TV for a few years now but it seems that these channels are not on the stream platform? Sky have refused to offer her a Sky Q Box as they are looking to phase these out. Does anyone have a insight as to how my Grandmother can watch Sikh channel on Sky Stream without having to purchase a Sky HD box that she'll have to switch between. Alongside the Sikh Channel and Sangat TV, she also watching Zee and Utsav, which she still has access too.
Thanks,
Karan

Channels cannot be added to stream by the end user.

We haven't been told that Q is unavailable: you may have talked to an over-eager salesperson with a Stream quota to meet. Sky has a contract with the satellite owners through to the end of 2029.

There's no way to do so.
