Sky cinema not loading on sky glass

Sky cinema not loading, it just goes back to the home screen when selected. I have rebooted the TV and problem is still there.

Hi When launching the Sky Cinema app via either: - Movies -> Sky Cinema - Movies -> Sky Cinema (View All) I get the 'Lets Try That Again' screen before redirecting back to the home. Occasionally it will briefly flash 'Sorry there are currently no programmes of this type available' Whilst writing this it's now happening when trying to access 'Movies'. I've done a cold reboot of the puck, refreshed apps and checked my home network for issues. Nothing helping so far. 'Health Check' in the app is showing fine. You mean going through the menu rails.

That Sky Cinema red tile within Home>Movies is not launching an app.

Its launching the set of Sky Cinema menu rails.

Anyway, yes seeing the same.

Looks like a Sky issue.

A settings restart is not solving the issue.

Can you explain more, is this a particular Sky cinema channel you are changing to or trying to watch, like 301?

Are you seeing any message on screen?

Or is it selecting the Sky Cinema section from Home>Movies>Sky Cinema ?

Same, been doing it all day, i called up sky, not even aware of till i phoned up, apparently hes submitted esculation of the problem

Sky cinema not opening, asking me to refresh connection but it’s all fine

What Tv service is this on, Sky Q, Glass or Stream ?

I had the same issue when trying to flick through Sky Cinema On-demand content.

This is fixed for me now on my two Sky Stream pucks.

It just started working, no settings restart needed.

Hope it's the same for others.
