Hi.
I recently purchased a Hisense214 soundbar. Everything was fine but starting today every time I turn up the volume the picture opens up YouTube and when I turn it down it goes to Netflix.
I have reset the remote several times. I have tried another Sky remote with same problem. I have factory reset Tv and Sky Stream to no avail. Any ideas please?
Ps the tv remote is unaffected. It is only the Sky Stream.
