Sky Stream Puck
first day with the puck and it keeps on freezing. Nothing works. No response from the pressing the remote other than on screen volume control up and down but with no sounds. Everytime I reboot with the button underneath the puck it takes over 10 mins to start. Then after selecting a channel to watch it just freeezes again. I"ve repeated this 6 times now. Always the same. It freezes.

Re: Sky Stream Puck
Hi @Drooper1 that's annoying and not a good start.
I would recommend giving a factory reset a go, you can do this in settings but you'll need to sign in to everything again.
It might be a software bug that's resolved by doing that.
Otherwise the puck might be faulty and you would have to contact Sky for a replacement.
Consider liking this post if it was helpful, or mark as an answer if it solved it for you.
Sky Stream customer. Past user of Sky Digital, Sky+, Sky+ HD and Sky Q. 3x pucks. Main TV is an LG OLED with Sonos Beam.

It's not recommended to do a factory reset, unless Sky themselves have requested it.

Re: Sky Stream Puck
I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.

Re: Sky Stream Puck
Thanks to everyone who contacted me.
i was out of circulation all day yesterday.
Switched on the Sky Puck this morning same problems.
called Sky technical. Informed me that the puck takes up to 5 times more capacity than Apple TV 4K box I use. Was most unhelpful and transferred me to cancellations.
So it's cheerio. What can you do?
