Incorrect Pin for last 2 hours!!!! No way of getting any live help as you have decided to switch it all off hoping people will just go away. If this continues tomorrow we all need refunding the days no service has been available

My PUCK is not responding to the power off & on reset as described by SkySupport
have tried it again and again
the thing just repeats the multicoloured lights and then nothing
Been like this for days now!
to watch I have to use the sky go app and plug laptop to tv.
why is there no customer support ?

Does anything on sky stream work properly i now cant even load things as keeps saying incorrect pin changed it 5 times now on the box and still says incorrect pin and can't get through to a agent to help and advice

What di you mean by 'leaving plug on'. I am trygin to reproduce the steps you did, but maybe yoyu mean to disconnect the HDMI an dleave power connected?

I followed those instrctions, but there must be something more subtle going on. I have tried to set up 3 pucks. I had sucess wiht two of them - after hours of resetting and power cycling and putting in the PIN and not putting in the PIN etc. And even after getting 2 pucks working I can not get the third one working. So whatever sequence I did it will not quite work - I am not sure if it is the exact amount of time that it is powered off, or some other subtle difference in the key sequence.

A number of posters in this thread assumed that the puck was faulty. I had this PIN issue with 3 pucjs and eventually got past it on 2 of them. But has anyone received a replacement puck and then got it working. At the moment I am assuming every customer hits this PIN issue with every puck - my 3 pucks were 2 sepeate orders ( myself and my in-laws). Are other customers receiving pucks an then just setting them up according to the instrcutions and not being asked for the PIN. Was I really so unlucky that I received 3 faulty ones?
