Re: Sky Stream Puck keeps turning itself off

Apparently, You can't stop the puck turning off as what's been implemented has been done to comply with  EU and UK regulations.

Thats for when the puck is deemed "idle" i.e left on the home screen for 10 minutes, or paused for 10 minutes ( although in some apps you get longer than 10 minutes i think due to the OS not being able to recognised if you are active inside an app).

If you just leave it on a TV channel playing, then its a couple of hours before it will ask you to pick up the remote to prevent it turning off.

However it would appear the poster is having this issue when nothing is idle on the puck and when its just playing a programme or live channel, which is certainly not what should be happening. @Tian82 i'd suggest contacting Sky and asking for a replacement puck to be sent out as clearly the one you have is faulty and not working as expected.
