Sky Stream Puck Black Screen YouTube

Hi,

Have an issue recently started where I enter YouTube app and once main me u comes up the screen goes black or it goes black when selecting something to play. Puck light remains on but unresponsive. Eventually puck light goes off but doesn't switch back on. Only way to turn back on is to turn mains power off and on again. Sky said there was a known issue fixed in recent software update which I have. Problem has only recently started for me though. Anyone else still having this problem? Any ideas when it may be fixed?
