Sky Stream - Pricing Issue

Is it possible for this post to be escalated to a Sky employee in the hope of getting somewhere.

Quoted £132 to change from Q to Stream when the website is quoting £109. Even at full price it is still £10 per month cheaper that what I am offered over the phone.

Half a dozen calls have resulted in half a dozen different monthly fees.

Today has topped it off with been told the 2nd box is no longer free - website still says it is.

That was after a 15 minute lecture on what I would lose leaving Sky Q.

Without sounding controversial speaking to someone in the UK would be appreciated.

@Ben1980  A post regarding sales issues/pricing can't be escalated to the messaging team, if you wish to query this you need to call or raise a complaint.
