Hi, I'm struggling to connect my existing Netflix account through Stream. I'd connected Netflix and it was working using my existing membership details through Stream. I've now cancelled my membership directly with Netflix as I get membership though my sky package. When I now try and login through Sky I get a message saying "we are unable to process your request at the moment. Please try again later" this has been the same for a few days now.. I've tried refreshing the apps etc.. but no joy.. has anyone else had this or have a resolution? Thanks

It is easy to mess this up. It supposed to work by linking an existing Netflix account to the app on Stream which causes the payment to switch from Netflix to Sky automatically. You do not need to cancel but by doing so it looks like the system has done exactly that and your account no longer exists. I suspect you need to get either Sky or Netflix to sort this for you which may take a while unfortunately.
