Sky Stream Issues

I don't know what that means. I'm using the WiFi router sky provided me with

@Newstie the Routers Sky provide are......well not the best, worth looking at buying a WiFi 6 router.

Shouldn't have to buy a router though. I'm paying for skys best broadband package and connecting my sky stream puck via Ethernet ...
