Sky Stream - Hyperoptic Broadband issues

I have supplied HO with a screenshot of my SKY fault, and asked if this is a known issue and if there's any update.

"Isn't it upto Hyperoptic to implement whatever information Sky have supplied to Hyperoptic?", yes, it's up to them, it's their system. Have SKY given HO any info yet? I don't know - do you? If you or anyone else know of any official statements made by SKY or HO, feel free to share here.

When I spoke to HO, they have said to me they are aware of the issues and have had lots of Sky stream customers telling them about the issues and are trying to sort

Hi everyone.  

We're also suffering from this problem. I only found these posts after calling Sky today to report the issue (again). I had contacted them a few days ago,  but the agent I spoke with made no mention of this being a known issue with Hyperoptic. They did send out a replacement puck but this obviously didn't make any difference.

Hi everyone,

Thank you so much for sharing your experience on this issue.  We raised this internally Friday afternoon and have been working with Hyperoptic over the weekend. We believe as of 3pm today a fix should have resolved this.  

If you find you are still experiencing issues on this one from now onwards then please do share it on this thread 🙂

At this stage I am still getting occasional pixelation issues whilst watching Sky sports main event. Been watching for about an hour or so. No freezing or anything more serious, but will continually monitoring. In the past and during the issues, it was intermittent

I am getting no TV at all now. Yes i've tried that multiple times.

This is my new dish. An 85cm Gibbertini in brick red. Gets installed on the 1st. Can't wait. The sooner i get rid of the SKY junk the better.
