Sky Stream Gold channel 131, sound echo problem

When I change channel on Stream to Gold (131), the sound/speech has an echo. It often clears (eventually) when I change up or down a channel and go back to Gold. 
It appears it only happens on this channel for me. 
Any ideas/ fixes are welcome.

I've since noticed it happening on ch130 and 132 now. Very strange. 
it clears after changing channels, but not a clue what the cause is. 
I use a Bose sound bar but the issue is still there when tv speakers are selected. 
Any idea's?

I am getting the same problem on Gold Channel with really bad echo on the sound, using my Sky Puck. If I change Channel the sound is ok.
