Ahhh so you're using Pass-Through rather than Digital Dolby+. .. there's a big issue with Pass-Through mode which Sky either don't seem interested in, don't know what's causing it or so know what's causing it but won't fix it because it'd be too costly.

For the record it's been happening to me for a long time.  I have not been recording when it happens but once or twice a night at least.
