Sky Stream Black Screen

Hello

I can't seem to view any Sky channels or content using my Sky Stream - all I see is a blank black screen.

I've tried restarting using the options under settings.

As this didn't work, I tried switching everything off (TV, Sky Internet, Sky stream box etc.) for approx 20 minutes. 
Then switched everything back on but still no change. 

Has anyone else experienced this and please can you share how this was resolved?

Try doing the recovery procedure, it sounds like your puck is stuck in a standby state.

Have a read of this Sky help article, namely performing the recovery procedure on step 4;
