Sky Stream Black Screen

Hi, 

I received my Sky Stream pucks last week, one works absolutely fine however the other will suddenly show a black screen after about 20 minutes of watching something, I've unplugged it, reset it, changed which TV its plugged into. The other puck works perfectly everywhere in the house so I know its not a connection problem!

Would suggest you have a malfunctioning puck ..... contact sky for troubleshooting and potential replacement
