Sky Sports UHD not loading

Sky Sports Main Event UHD is unavailable with a technical issue. All normal channels and UHD on-demand content work correctly. Internet is 350+ Mbps. Restarting the puck temporarily restores UHD but the fault returns.

is anyone else having an issue with sky sports UHD today?
