Sky Pucks are rubbish

Is anyone else having frustrating intermittent problems with Sky Puck. My broadband is high perf fibre. Sky puck just loses connection. Please help!

Repeated posts on the topic would suggest a percentage of Puck users experience that issue, but only Sky knows what proportion of subscribers that represents.

Hi @KenCam  If Sky is your mobile provider you can phone them by  dialling 150.

 

If it is not your provider have a look at the following link which contains some phone numbers;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/viewing-help

Yep.  And mine is about 3m from the router. Awful  system.

@Dogg16 is your puck also out in the open I.e it's not on an enclosed shelf of a TV cabinet?

Had them since the launch of sky glass.

 

Still barely out of beta testing in my opinion. If they weren't rented I would have launched them into the river.
